All custom orders require 10β15 business days for production before shipping. Place your orders at least 2-3 weeks in advance to avoid any delays or additional rush fees & to allow time for design, processing, & shipping. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Turnaround time begins after payment and design approval. All orders will be contacted by your creator via text message to receive your design details. Please leave a valid phone number.Β

π Shipping
We ship via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Customer will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

π Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed.
Once our design is approved by customer no additional design changes can be made. If there is a mistake on our end (wrong item or damaged goods), please contact us at thecustomztrap@gmail.com or DM @Thecustomztrapco within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. Weβll make it right.

Design previews will be sent upon request before printing. Please double-check spelling, colors, and design choices during checkoutβThe Customz Trap is not responsible for errors provided by the customer. Once approved by customer, Order will be printer & no changes can be made.
π Local Pickup
At this time, we do not offer local pickups. All orders are shipped directly to you.

Rush orders may be accepted based on availability. An extra fee will apply. Please DM or email us before placing a rush order.
